The Parker TC Series is one of the most efficient boilers available in the world today. The TC 205 Series is a modern stainless and carbon steel condensing boiler, Packaged with conventional boiler controls for simplicity & High efficiency operation for use in closed system heating application.

Optional Low NOx Power Gas Burner For NOx levels to 30ppm, 20ppm or 9ppm available.

Key Features & Advantages

All Parker Hot Water Boilers are manufactured in accordance with the ASME Heating Boiler Code and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel inspectors.

The boiler burner and controls are prewired, factory tested. Controls and trim in compliance with UL Standard 795 & ASME CSD-1. Product line certified by AHRI and carries IBR rating.

Our TC205 Series is one of the most efficient boilers on the market, it simplifies system design. It will tolerate extremely low flows (to 100°F ΔT). Units also qualify for Incentive Programs, and can be equipped with an optional IBC (Integrated Boiler Control) for communicators, control and monitoring.

CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS

Our boilers are available with stainless steel cabinets for installation in corrosive environments. With the optional weather protective cover our boilers can be installed in an outdoor area.

DOOR SWING

The Parker front door can easily be swung to gain access to fireside tube surfaces. This allows for easy cleaning, which is critical for long service life on a condensing boiler.

Low NOx Premix Technology

Parker was the first manufacturer to achieve SCAQMD Rule 1146.2 NOx Certification. Initial installations began in 1991 and to date thousands of Low NOx boilers are online providing reliable operation for our customers. Our Condensing Boilers come furnished with a durable Cylindrical Low NOx Burner. The Parker Heavy Duty Cylindrical Premix Metal Fber Burner not only provides the lowest emissions possible but also provides long durable service life. Our fully modulating variable speed Low NOx Burner Systems offer digital electronic set point control. While our VFD Blower can reduce electrical energy usage with precise fuel/air ratio control. Extremely Low NOx & CO levels are attained by our Premix Burner System. NOx levels below 9PPM at 3% O2 and CO levels below 50 PPM are obtained, assured & repeated.

Applications For Our Condensing Boilers

Parker TC steel boilers are triple flue pass, condensing boilers for installation in a boiler room. While they are designed primarily for central heating purposes, in conjunction with a suitable storage cylinder they can also be used to produce domestic hot water.

All parts that come into contact with the combustion gases are made from titanium stabilized stainless steel to ensure maximum resistance to the corrosive action of acid condensation.

More heating surface translates to less metal stress, Heat Flux and longer service life.

Prefabrication

The piping components are all prefabricated and assembled on a production line at a small cost compared to individual assembly when necessary in the field.
